... set up SSH connections with Putty

  1. Find the settings for connecting to the Edge server in Keeper.
  2. Copy and save the private key to a txt file
  3. Open PuttyGen
  4. Click on Conversions → Import Key PuttyGen Import Key
  5. Find the file from Step 1.
  6. Type in the passphrase from Keeper.
  7. Save as a private key. PuttyGen Save Private Key
  8. Open Putty.
  9. Enter Host name and Port, then click on Save. Putty Host Name and Port
  10. Go to SSH → Auth → Credentials, choose path to the private key file from Step 7. Putty SSH Auth Credentials
  11. Log in as a user (enter username and passphrase/password).
