Contact EnergyMachines support to set up a new group and obtain admin privileges in it.
The group viewer lists all users in the group and shows the following data for each:
Name
Admin privileges (shows ✓ if granted)
Email
Click on INVITE USER and enter a valid email address. If the email is associated with a Cloud account, it will receive a group invitation. If it is not, the invitee will receive a link to create a new account.
Click on EditEdit to enter edit mode. Each group has the following parameters:
Name Name of the group, displayed in the group list as well as under personal cloud profile.
Description Group description displayed in the group viewer; localizable.
Logo Group logo displayed in the group list. Drag and drop or select a file on your computer to upload a new logo. Only .svg files are supported.
Users Users in the group, with the following possible interactions:
+ ADD USER — Opens a list of all users across the user-administered groups, with a Filter field for convenience. Check one or more users to add them to the group; unchecked users will be removed from the group if already present there.
Admin — Slide to grant or revoke admin privileges for the group.
Delete — Deletes the user.
A deleted user cannot be added back unless present in another group you administer. The UI also allows revoking admin privileges from, and deleting, oneself. This action is irreversible without involving another group admin or EnergyMachines support. Use caution.
