Follow this to set up a TwinCat ADS Protocol in th Cloud.

When creating a route, make sure that the Net Id used, and it matches the one on the server.

ADS Configuration on the server side looks like this:

<ads routerurl="http://localhost:9990" netid="9.9.0.0.1.35" port="48898"></ads>

It is important that the netId from the configuration on the server side matches the Net Id on the TwinCat ADS Device.

Log in to the Beckhoff device to create a route. Go to Twincat -> Connectivity

Then create a route like this:

The IP Address should be the IP of the server executing the ADS Router.

Go to your Project and click on Add.

Go to your project, add a Device and give it a name. The AMS Net Id is found under Twincat -> Connectivity Address in the image below, it is the IP-address to your TwinCat ADS device.
